At the highest levels of an organization are the executives, who are responsible for setting policies and strategies. Middle-level managers are responsible for implementing the policies and strategies set out by the executives. The frontline employees are responsible for executing the strategies assigned to them. Junior staff is responsible for providing support to the frontline employees and completing their tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Therefore, each rank has different responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
