These countries include Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain. Other EU countries, such as Denmark, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, do not use the Euro and have opted to retain their own currencies.
