What is the Lean Canvas model?

The Lean Canvas model is a framework that enables entrepreneurs to quickly and effectively define and validate their business plans. It was developed by entrepreneur and author Ash Maurya as a more simplified and actionable alternative to traditional business plans. The Lean Canvas consists of nine key elements that cover all aspects of a business, including the problem statement, solution, target customer, key metrics, channels, revenue streams, cost structure, unique value proposition, and unfair advantage.
