What are the roles of a construction manager?

Construction managers oversee and coordinate all aspects of a construction project, from the initial planning phase through to completion. Their primary role is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality standards. They are responsible for managing the budget, scheduling workers, and organizing the various stages of the project. They must also ensure that all relevant regulations and permits are obtained, and that all legal and safety requirements are met. A construction manager must be a skilled communicator, able to effectively liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and construction workers to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
